 Vendor Management Process

PrideOne Account Team Responsibilities

  • Follow client procedure to obtain budget approval on all searches​
  • Distribute requisitions to preferred suppliers and receive qualified candidates​
  • Screen candidate resumes and submit most qualified applicants to managers​
  • Set up all interviews, follow up and extend offers​
  • Ensure all required compliance checks and credentialing are completed prior to start​
  • Capture time and expense, insure proper approvals are obtained​
  • Create and submit consolidated monthly invoice and distribute payments to vendors​
  • Conduct quarterly audits of suppliers​
  • Prepare quarterly supplier scorecards ​
  • Prepare and present quarterly business review data to client sponsors​
  • Present all requested reporting and assure compliance with program SLA’s​
